WinRAR Critical Flaw

Hey There!

There is critical vulnerability found into 19 years old software named WinRAR.

This critical vulnerability have been found and rectified it by its update.


There is having path traversal vulnerability into it which can lead to remote code execution vulnerability further exploits leads to the victim’s machine under the control of attackers.


Cyber Security researcher at check point has disclosed such vulnerability exist into WinRAR which raised question mark on security for hundreds and millions using this software for compression and vice versa.
